Trust

Reassuring, not punitive.

What “verified” means here

Your sign-in email is verified once you confirm it. Everything else is self-reported unless we say otherwise.

Company pages

Every company has one page, keyed to its website domain. It's an identity anchor, not an advert — no posts, followers or reviews. A page moves through three clear stages: Company record created (no guarantee), Work email domain confirmed (a member confirmed an email at that exact domain; personal addresses like Gmail never count) and Business verified (only after a registry or manual check, which we don't do automatically). Joining a company doesn't confirm you work there — your confirmed email or a company admin does.

Introductions through others

Some people help by introducing you to someone else. We label these “Potential introduction”, show any fee or commission upfront, and treat any claimed relationship as self-reported.

LinkedIn

You can add your LinkedIn profile link, with consent to show it after an introduction is accepted. A link is not a verification — we don't connect to LinkedIn's systems, and we label it as “Linked, not verified”.

Compatibility vs. confidence

How well a match fits and how much we know about someone are shown separately. A strong fit can still be largely self-reported, and we'll tell you.

Keeping it calm

New accounts can send three introduction requests a day, rising to ten. There are no public ratings and no paid way around these limits. You can report misleading intent, block someone, or hide a profile at any time.
